Miller’s parents died when he was about two years old. He remained later adopted by his aunt, who allegedly abused him. Raised in foster care, Miller developed a passion for giving to foster children (which stands for “FK” in F.K.) your diet).
What does FK Mean?
FK your Diet – Doug and Amy, owners of FK Your Diet When was an adopted child (that’s what FK stands for!), I got to know many different chefs (adoptive moms = chefs). Honestly, they were some of the most terrible bosses of all time. The food for nine out of ten days was terrible! But on this 10th day, the clouds will collapse and your inner Betty Crocker will appear (if you were young, Betty Crocker was the original Pinterest kitchen. The food fits a king, and he spent 12 years in a mobile foster family. Every new home has a new chef to extend your taste. Some are good, but most are not.
He never slept much, but they took care of him. They didn’t have any trendy or fancy clothes, but I knew the chef would give me a special Merry Christmas recipe. So the food was very important to me. On my good food days, I was like everyone else, feeling worthy and loved. These meals are on our list. I hope they make you feel the same.
After graduating from high school, he used all my experience and training as an adopted child to start a career in sales. It has been a rewarding career that has allowed me to live a good life. If they ask me about my condition, they always say, “Live the dream”. Like many people, I got married, had a few children, and started showing them my love as I knew it: cooking. He cooked food for all the neighborhood kids and served it in the kitchen for foster kids. Some of these kids never left my house after eating. Laugh! The kids who really loved to cook were the ones who were hard on them.

Soft Belly Breakfast Burrito
a pound or more! Burrito with vegetables, with your choice of sausage, bacon, or chorizo, scrambled eggs, fries, and cheddar cheese on a 14″ tortilla! Add fresh vegetables (onions, green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado, spinach) and pizza Insert , jalapeños ) into your burrito for an extra cost. We dare you to eat them all at once!
Rock bottom
Homemade Fried Rib Eye Steak or Chicken Leg. Oh! Sensitive. Serve with two eggs and french fries of your choice, topped with a sausage sauce. Don’t worry, we don’t judge!
Akka kisho
Made daily from scratch in puff pastry, not frozen. Served with chips or fresh fruit (+$1)
Traditional
Serve with bacon, sausage or ham and toast with three eggs of your choice, french fries or fruit.
Scrambled eggs
Three scrambled eggs with sausage, ham, bacon, chorizo, or grilled chicken (thigh), the cheese of your choice, and vegetables: avocado ($2), onion, spinach, mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, and toast. Served like an omelet with fries or fresh fruit (+$1) but not pretty!
Frothy breakfast sandwich
Toasted crackers filled with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage, ham, or chorizo and served with french fries or fruit ($2), named after one of our favorite customers, Fuzzy!

Scottish Cat n Dean Eggs
Two hard-boiled eggs wrapped in chorizo, roasted and fried until golden brown. Serve with our homemade Christmas sauce. served with fries

Our Slow-Roasted Corned Beef (not cold sliced, actually!), Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut, and Thousand Island Dressing, grilled between two thick slices of rye bread

Hand-cooked crispy fried chicken thighs served on thick white bread with bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and honey mustard
Len (beef meat) semi
Meat meat, meat meat, delicious, delicious meat meat! Who can resist Sammy’s homemade meatloaf? A large piece of grilled meatloaf, sandwiched between two Texas toasts with melted cheddar cheese. This Sammy is named after the usual favorite, Lane. If you ever need a hug, he’s your man. He is the best hug in the world!

Ways to Help Adopted Children at Home – FK your Diet
Eat at FK
By eating only at FK Your Diet, you are giving back to locally adopted children in the areas we serve. We donate a significant portion of our revenue to local agencies such as Lutheran Services, Embrace Families, Her Child Initiative and FACT, Inc. and Children’s Network SWFL, JAFCO, etc. We also serve nuclear families on a case-by-case basis. It’s so important to Doug and Amy that all donations are local and go directly to the kids!

Therefore, FK Your Diet is a year-long initiative to help raise children at SWFL. From our Thanksgiving party for kids who don’t have room to attend our graduation party, to sponsoring high school graduating kids. There are many volunteer opportunities on FK Your Diet. You can still volunteer by working in restaurants and attending special events. Do you have any special talents or skills?
Conclusion
Miller said he has cared for adopted children since he was single.
Miller’s parents died when he was only a few years old. He said he switched between different nurseries in California at 18. Being an adopted child is a difficult journey in general. Miller didn’t have much of an adopted son, but he said the food impressed him.
